We design and deliver physical marketing solutions including:
- Exhibition walls and modular display systems
- LED lightboxes (SEG systems)
- Branded event tents and gazebos
- Beach flags, banners, and large-format signage

THE ROLE

We are looking for a skilled Graphic Designer to join our team on a full-time, long-term basis. This is not a short project — we are looking for someone who wants to grow with us and become a dedicated design partner.

You will work remotely from your location, fully integrated into our workflow, and play a key role in how we deliver quality to our customers every day.

Working hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00–16:00 Norwegian time (CET/CEST) — which is 15:00–23:00 Philippine time.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Design work:
- Create large-format print designs for real-world environments (trade shows, events, outdoor campaigns)
- Design exhibition walls, beach flags, banners, roll-up stands, event tents, and LED lightbox systems
- Develop concepts and visual directions based on customer briefs
- Produce 3D mockups and photorealistic presentations for client approval
- Adapt and resize designs across multiple product formats

Production and quality control:
- Prepare production-ready files (PDF/X, CMYK, correct bleed and resolution)
- Review and correct files submitted by customers before they go to print
- Ensure all files meet professional large-format print standards
- Deliver organized source files (AI, PSD, INDD) for each project

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

You are not just creative — you are also technically precise. You understand both visual storytelling and print production. You care about details, take ownership, and want your work to perform in the real world.

MANDATORY requirements:
- Proven experience with large-format print and exhibition/display design
- Strong portfolio that includes trade show displays, banners, signage, or similar products
- Advanced skills in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign
- Deep knowledge of CMYK workflows, bleed, scaling, and print resolution
- Ability to deliver production-ready files with correct technical specifications
- Good written English communication skills
- Available 08:00–16:00 Norwegian time (CET/CEST), Monday to Friday

Strong advantages:
- Experience with 3D visualization (Blender, Cinema 4D, or similar)
- Background in exhibition or event industry
- Experience reviewing and fixing client-submitted print files
