CRM + Automation Implementer 2 Positions
Remote | Philippines Preferred | Freelance Contractor | $8–$12 USD/hour

AGENCY678 is hiring 2 experienced CRM + Automation Implementers to join our delivery team as we scale our flagship offer, The Velocity System™.

We're looking for technical implementers - not general VAs who have used Zapier a few times.

About The Velocity System™
We work with established online agency owners generating £30k+/month and help them add an additional £10k in revenue within 90 days by:
1. Optimising their offer
2. Installing a sales system that converts
3. Recovering revenue from existing leads and opportunities

Our methodology, templates, SOPs and workflows are built internally.

Your job isn't to reinvent the strategy for every client.
Your job is to take an approved client roadmap and execute the technical implementation brilliantly.

What You'll Build
You'll implement:
CRM setup + optimisation
Audit existing client CRM + lead data
Export and migrate contacts, leads + opportunities into GoHighLevel/HeyClients where required
Clean, deduplicate + segment historical lead data
Map existing CRM fields/stages into the Velocity pipeline
Tag and categorise dormant leads, no-shows + open opportunities for reactivation
Validate migrated data before activating workflows
Sales pipelines + opportunity stages
Tier 1–4 lead qualification
Lead scoring + routing
Automated lead follow-up
No-show + reschedule workflows
Open-opportunity follow-up
Dormant lead reactivation
Calendar + booking automations
Internal notifications + sales tasks
KPI dashboards + reporting
Platform integrations
Automation testing + troubleshooting
Technical documentation

?? Required Technical Experience
You MUST have strong hands-on experience with:
GoHighLevel
n8n, Make OR Zapier — at least one at an advanced level
APIs + Webhooks
CRM workflows + automation logic
Building multi-step automations
Testing + troubleshooting automations independently
CRM data migration/imports
CSV/data mapping + data cleansing
Experience migrating data into GoHighLevel
Understanding of contact vs opportunity data and pipeline-stage mapping

You should be comfortable being handed a workflow, SOP or implementation brief and building it without needing step-by-step technical instruction.

If your background is primarily general VA/admin work with some basic Zapier experience, this role will be too technical.

You are responsible for testing your own work before it reaches our QA process.

How You'll Work
You'll be part of a structured delivery team:
Systems Architecture ? Delivery Management ? Implementation ? QA

You'll receive defined systems, templates and implementation requirements rather than being expected to figure out every client's strategy yourself.

The goal is for you to eventually take an approved client roadmap and own the technical implementation from start to finish.
