We're a real estate photography company in Canada. We shoot listings, our editors produce the photos, floor plans, videos and virtual tours, and we deliver them to real estate agents. You'd be the person who makes sure that whole process actually finishes properly, every day.
What you'll do
- Quality control. Check finished work before it goes out — photos, floor plans, videos, virtual tours. You're the last set of eyes.
- Deliver to clients. Send the finished job to the agent and make sure they have what they paid for.
- Talk to clients. Answer questions, follow up, keep them updated when something changes.
- Answer the phone. Inbound calls from agents — booking shoots, checking on orders, general questions.
- Handle SMS. Reply to customer texts.
- Keep the team moving. Chase our editors and photographers when something is late, missing, or unclear. Not managing them — just making sure nothing sits.
Two tools: our own platform (we'll train you — it's where jobs, media and delivery live) and GoHighLevel for calls and texts.
That's the whole job. No sales, no marketing, no editing, no admin work outside this.
The hours — read this part carefully
Our clients are in Alberta, Canada (Mountain Time). The phone has to be answered during their business day, which means your shift is roughly 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM Philippine time, Monday to Friday.
This is a permanent night shift. If that doesn't work for your life, this role won't either — and that's completely fine. Please don't apply hoping it'll change.
What we need
- Strong spoken English. You'll be on the phone with Canadian clients daily.
- Clear written English for texts and
- Reliable internet and a quiet place to take calls.
- Organized. You'll juggle a lot of jobs at once and nothing can quietly fall through.
- Comfortable telling a teammate their work needs redoing, politely.
What we don't need
- Real estate experience.
- Photography or editing skills.
- A degree.
We'll train you on everything specific to us. We care that you're dependable, easy to talk to, and that things don't get lost with you.
To apply
Send a short message with:
1. Your name and where you're based.
2. A voice recording (30–60 seconds) — just introduce yourself and tell us about a time you had to chase someone to get something finished. Any recording app is fine.
3. Confirm you can work 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM Philippine time.
4. Your monthly rate in USD.
The voice recording is the main thing. You'll be on the phone all day — we need to hear you.
