We are a high-end, rapidly scaling U.S.-based interior design firm that works with luxury real estate developers, builders, agents, and discerning homebuyers. As we scale, we're building our own platform and tooling - not just to run the business internally, but for our partners, builders, and eventually buyers - rather than stitching together off-the-shelf software.

Role Overview
We're looking for a full-stack developer who builds custom applications and codes fast and well because they've made AI tools like Claude Code and Cursor part of how they build. You'll own real features end to end: schema, backend, frontend, deploy. You'll also write the real code that keeps our systems talking to each other automatically.

This role has real ownership and real scope. You'll work closely with our team, earn trust quickly, and shape what this function looks like as we grow.

Key Responsibilities
* Product Development: Design and ship custom applications and features across our internal platform, partner-facing tools, and website, from schema through frontend through deploy
* AI-Accelerated Development: Use Claude Code and Cursor as your primary way of writing code, building faster while holding a higher bar
* Automation & Systems: Write the scripts, scheduled jobs, and workflow logic that move data automatically between our systems (client onboarding, vendor communications, project tracking, delivery), built entirely in code
* AI Integration: Use the Claude API to build AI-assisted features directly into our applications - extracting insights from unstructured data, drafting communications, powering workflows that need intelligence in the loop
* Growth: Expand your scope over time into new areas and workstreams as the platform grows

What You Bring
* Proven, hands-on experience building custom full-stack web applications, ideally with React or Next.js on the frontend
* Real, code-based automation experience - scripts, scheduled jobs, or workflow orchestration you've written yourself in code
* Genuine, current fluency with Claude Code as your default way of writing code (Cursor experience is a plus)
* Experience with Supabase or a comparable Postgres-backed backend, or the ability to pick it up fast
* The ability to look at any business process and design both the data model and the build sequence needed to solve it
* 3+ years in software development, ideally with real automation or scripting work as part of that experience
* Schedule flexibility to align with PT hours and team members in the Philippines
