JOB OVERVIEW

We're Eos Digital a premium video and brand development company working with boutique luxury property developers across South-East Queensland, Australia.

Our clients build landmark projects. We make them the name their industry trusts.

We're at capacity.
Not short of work short of the one person who keeps it all moving.
That's this role.

You'll be the front of house for our client communication: the inbox, new enquiries, the scheduling loop, our Notion systems, and publishing our clients' social content. When a client asks to move a shoot, you handle it.

When a new enquiry lands, you're the first professional, warm reply they get. When something is about to slip, you catch it before anyone notices.

You're not making the videos. You're the reason everything around them runs on time.
This is a full-time, sole-focus role.

You work only with us one company, one team, long-term. We're building something and we want you growing inside it, not juggling us with three other clients.

Attention to detail matters here so when you apply, start your first sentence with the words 'To The Moon' so we know you've read this properly.

You'll be great at this if:
- Your written & spoken English is excellent. Our clients are property developers and architects — every email represents a premium brand.
- You've used Notion daily in a real job. This is a hard requirement — our whole business runs on it.
- You have 3–5 years experience as an admin or executive VA with real client communication.
- You use AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT) every day to work faster and better.
- You're organised to the point of it being a personality trait — trackers stay current because unfinished admin bothers you.
- You're comfortable on camera — we do regular Zoom check-ins,
- You want feedback, act on it, and are always levelling up your skills.

Bonus points if you have:
- Experience scheduling and publishing social content (Metricool, Meta Business Suite or similar).
- Social media experience with construction, property or real estate businesses.
- An eye for good design — you notice when something looks off before it goes out.

Hours: Australian business hours (AEST — just 2 hours ahead of Manila, standard day shift)

Salary: $1,000–1,400 USD/month depending on experience

Tools we use: Notion, Gmail, Google Meets, Zoom, WhatsApp, Metricool, Claude, Meta / Social media platforms
