About us
X Gens Growth is a Gold Coast PropTech and real estate growth consultancy. We help technology companies sell into the real estate industry. We've scaled to multiple client accounts and we are rebuilding our systems layer to scale again, fast.

We are hiring one senior person to own our GoHighLevel systems across multiple client accounts and grow into leading our operations as we expand. This is not a general VA role and it is not a beginner GHL position. We don't need the finished article. We need someone genuinely strong in GHL and hungry to build, who we will back and grow into the leader of this function.

What you will own
The daily delivery, maintenance, and improvement of our GHL systems across multiple client accounts.

Building workflows, managing pipelines and opportunities, troubleshooting broken automations, holding quality before anything goes live, and keeping projects moving without being chased.

This is build-first now, and an operations and people leadership role as it grows. As the client base scales, you will own more of the process, the delivery, and the people running it, not just the builds.

What we need
- Strong hands-on GHL experience in an agency or business setting, with systems you personally built and can walk us through
- Confident with triggers, filters, conditions, branches, wait steps, goals, tags, and custom fields
- Comfortable across pipelines, calendars, forms, surveys, funnels, email, and SMS
- Experience running multiple subaccounts and snapshots
- Able to diagnose missed triggers, duplicate contacts, wrong pipeline movement, and integration failures
- Strong testing and QA discipline before go-live
- Experience managing people, setting expectations, and holding a team accountable
- Able to turn messy processes into clear, documented, repeatable systems
- Clear written and verbal English, comfortable talking to clients when needed
- Reliable internet, a professional home setup, and daily use of AI tools like Claude and ChatGPT

Nice to have
GHL Admin Certification. Experience with Zapier, Make, webhooks, APIs, Google Sheets, Gmail, Outlook, or Stripe. SaaS, PropTech, real estate, or agency background.

How we work
This is a contractor role, but we treat our people like part of the team and back them long term. We expect results and ownership, not just activity. As we take on more clients, your responsibility, your hours, and your pay grow with you.

Pay
AUD $15 to $30 per hour+, based on demonstrated GHL depth and ownership.
You start at a fair rate for your level and climb as you prove yourself, with performance bonuses along the way.
Strong people move up fast here.

Hours
Full time, Monday to Friday. We prioritise applicants who can consistently start between 8:00am and 9:00am AEST. Queensland runs on AEST year-round, so your schedule stays stable all year.
