We are a Singapore-based performance marketing agency running Google Ads and Meta Ads for clients in medical, aesthetic, and professional services. We are hiring one part-time performance marketer to help run and optimise campaigns across our client accounts.
This is 4 hours a day, Monday to Friday. You will work inside our accounts, not just report on them.
What you will do:
Manage and optimise up to 20 live Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns across multiple client accounts
Daily monitoring of spend, CPA, ROAS, and conversion volume, with adjustments to bids, budgets, audiences, placements, and keywords
Search term reviews, negative keyword work, audience exclusions, and cleaning out waste
Diagnose underperformance and tell us why, not just that it happened. We expect you to spot conversion tracking issues, bidding signal problems, audience saturation, and keyword overlap between campaigns
Propose new ad copy, headlines, and descriptions for search campaigns
Propose creative concepts for Meta (images and video), with reference examples of ads or formats you want us to model. Our design team produces the final assets, so we need clear direction and references, not finished files
Structure and run tests, then report what won and what you are changing next
Weekly written summary per account: what changed, what it did to performance, what is next
What we need from you:
Proven hands-on experience running both Google Ads and Meta Ads. Not one or the other
Experience managing multiple accounts at the same time, ideally in an agency setting
Strong grasp of conversion tracking: GA4, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, Conversions API, offline conversion imports
Comfortable with lead generation campaigns where the goal is qualified enquiries, not traffic or engagement
Current on how the platforms actually work now, including Performance Max, broad match with smart bidding, Advantage+ campaigns, and how creative volume affects delivery
Good written English. You will be writing ad copy and client-facing notes
Reliable, self-directed, and able to work without someone checking on you every hour
Nice to have: experience in regulated industries (healthcare, medical aesthetics, legal), or experience with the Singapore or wider APAC market.
To apply, send:
A short note on the largest monthly ad spend you have personally managed, and across how many accounts
One campaign you turned around. Tell us the problem, what you changed, and the result with actual numbers
Screenshots or anonymised reporting from accounts you have run (blur client names if needed)
Start your application with the word "CONVERSION" so we know you read this properly
Applications without the word CONVERSION at the top will not be reviewed.
