JOB OVERVIEW

FULL-TIME | LONG-TERM | REMOTE | APPROXIMATELY 40 HOURS PER WEEK | U.S. CENTRAL TIME OVERLAP

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are building a new technology-enabled data-intelligence and operational-review service for businesses in the United States.

Our work involves reviewing information from multiple business systems, identifying conflicts and missing actions, verifying evidence, and producing clear reports showing clients what deserves attention.

We are looking for our first full-time operations and automation specialist. This person will help shape the service from its early stages and may grow into a central operational and client-facing role.

This is not a basic virtual-assistant position. It is also not a traditional software-development position.

The right person will combine:

* Investigative and analytical judgment
* Excellent attention to detail
* Comfort working with messy or conflicting information
* Automation and technical ability
* Clear written and spoken English
* Reliable follow-through
* The ability to eventually communicate confidently with U.S. clients

Industry experience is not required. We can teach the industry. We are looking for someone who is naturally careful, curious, honest, dependable, and capable of working through unfamiliar problems.

Because this is an early-stage project, specific industry details, workflows, and client applications will be shared with serious finalists rather than disclosed publicly.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

* Review information from Excel, CSV files, Google Sheets, PDFs, database exports, calendars, photographs, and other business records.
* Compare multiple sources and identify inconsistencies, missing information, unusual records, and unfinished operational actions.
* Investigate findings carefully instead of assuming the first result is correct.
* Separate verified findings from possibilities requiring additional evidence.
* Assign appropriate confidence levels and preserve the evidence supporting each finding.
* Help create repeatable workflows for reviewing each client’s information.
* Build and improve automations using tools such as n8n, Make, Zapier, Power Automate, APIs, scripts, or similar systems.
* Create clean client reports, exception lists, trackers, and internal documentation.
* Perform quality control before findings are presented to clients.
* Explain technical or data-related findings in simple language.
* Join selected U.S. client calls after training.
* Track open questions, blockers, next actions, and deadlines.
* Help turn an early-stage service into a dependable and scalable operation.
* Handle confidential company and client information responsibly.

You will never be expected to present an uncertain result as a verified fact. If the evidence is incomplete, we expect you to say so and explain what should be checked next.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

* Excellent written English
* Strong enough spoken English for future U.S. client conversations
* Advanced comfort with Excel or Google Sheets
* Experience reviewing, cleaning, reconciling, or analyzing messy data
* Experience with automation, integrations, databases, APIs, or technical workflows
* Strong research and problem-solving ability
* Exceptional attention to detail
* Ability to document work clearly
* Ability to work independently without guessing when instructions or evidence are incomplete
* Willingness to ask thoughtful questions and identify risks
* Ability to handle confidential information appropriately
* Dependable internet connection and a reliable computer
* Availability for approximately 40 hours per week
* Availability for meaningful overlap with U.S. Central Time and scheduled client calls
* Interest in a serious, long-term position

We care more about demonstrated ability, judgment, and reliability than degrees or job titles.

HELPFUL BUT NOT REQUIRED

* Experience with n8n, Make, Zapier, Power Automate, Airtable, SQL, Python, APIs, or similar tools
* SaaS operations or implementation experience
* Data-quality, quality-assurance, audit, research, or business-analysis experience
* Experience creating client-facing reports
* Experience speaking directly with U.S. business owners
* Experience helping build a new process, product, or service from an early stage

THIS ROLE MAY BE A GOOD FIT IF YOU

* Enjoy solving problems that do not have perfectly clean instructions.
* Want to understand why information conflicts instead of merely correcting a spreadsheet.
* Notice small details that other people overlook.
* Can distinguish between a verified fact, a reasonable possibility, and an unsupported assumption.
* Are comfortable saying, “I do not know yet, but here is how I would find out.”
* Like building processes that become more accurate and efficient over time.
* Can communicate with both technical and nontechnical people.
* Want responsibility and growth rather than repetitive task work.

DO NOT APPLY IF YOU

* Only want to write code and do not enjoy investigation, documentation, or communication.
* Need every step explained before you can make progress.
* Frequently guess when information is missing.
* Are uncomfortable having your work carefully reviewed.
* Are looking for a short-term position or a second full-time job.
* Cannot reliably provide meaningful overlap with U.S. Central Time.
* Are unwilling to follow reasonable confidentiality and data-handling requirements.

SCHEDULE

* Full-time, long-term, and remote
* Approximately 40 hours per week
* Monday through Friday
* Meaningful overlap with U.S. Central Time is required
* Finalists may be asked to complete a short paid work sample before an offer is made
* Serious finalists may be asked to sign a reasonable confidentiality agreement before receiving sensitive project information

HOW TO APPLY

Begin your application with the exact words:

DATA INTEGRITY

Do not send only a generic cover letter. Answer all seven questions below in your own words. Clear, specific, and honest answers are more important than polished corporate language.

1. Are you currently employed or working for other clients? Can you consistently work approximately 40 hours per week with meaningful U.S. Central Time overlap, and when could you begin?

2. Describe the messiest data, records, or operational project you have personally handled. What made it difficult, what did you do, and what was the result?

3. Describe a situation where two sources contained conflicting information. How did you determine which information was more reliable?

4. Describe one automation or technical workflow you personally built. What problem did it solve, which tools did you use, and which parts did you complete yourself?

5. Imagine one business system identifies Customer A as the owner of an asset, another system identifies Customer B, and the available transaction history is incomplete. What would you do before reporting an ownership problem to the client?

6. Have you spoken live with U.S. clients or business owners? How would you explain a complicated technical or data problem to a nontechnical client? If you do not have U.S. client experience, answer honestly.

7. Which technical tools are you strongest with, why does this particular role interest you, and what hourly rate are you requesting?

Also include a link to a 20–30 second English audio or video recording. Briefly introduce yourself and explain why you believe you could be a good fit for this position. A simple recording is fine; production quality does not matter.

Applications that omit the words “DATA INTEGRITY,” the seven answers, or the recording may not be reviewed.

We are not trying to hire the fastest applicant. We are looking for someone unusually dependable, thoughtful, technically capable, and careful enough to grow into an important role in the company.
