JOB OVERVIEW

Bose Creative is a video and marketing agency. We work with cosmetic dental practices, our own in house campaigns, and project based clients outside the dental industry. We're looking for a part time GoHighLevel specialist to help us keep our automations, pipelines, and client systems running smoothly.

What you'll be doing
You'll build and maintain workflows, automations, forms, calendars, and pipelines inside GoHighLevel for our clients and internal systems. You'll work closely with our team to make sure everything runs clean behind the scenes, from lead capture to follow up, so nothing falls through the cracks.

What we need from you
– Solid hands on experience with GoHighLevel, building workflows, automations, and pipelines
– Comfort setting up and troubleshooting forms, calendars, and integrations
– Experience with CRM setup and lead nurture sequences
– Familiarity with Zapier or similar tools for connecting systems
– Ability to spot and fix broken automations before they become client facing problems
– Clear communication and the ability to document what you build, so others on the team can follow it
– Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple client accounts at once
– Experience setting up webinar campaigns in GoHighLevel
– Experience building consultation funnel campaigns in GoHighLevel
– Experience with GoHighLevel's AI agent features

Details
– Part-time, remote
– 4 hours a day, anytime between 9 AM and 5 PM (Sydney time)
– Salary: AUD 400 to 500 per month, based on experience
