What You'll Do
The Customer Onboarding Specialist takes charge of the final stage of sales by spearheading the entire activation process and facilitating a seamless transition, ultimately converting prospects into Haulla customers. Furthermore, to deliver an exceptional service experience, they serve as the primary point of contact—clearly identifying customer needs, conducting thorough verification, and overseeing service implementation to ensure long-term retention.

What We're Looking for
- This is a full-time remote position
- Available to work during U.S. business hours (7 AM–3 PM PST), Monday to Friday.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Native-level English fluency
- Familiarity in CRM tool (e.g., HubSpot) is a plus
- Experience in Sales
- A proactive mindset with a strong drive to go the extra mile to achieve results

- A desktop or laptop computer
- A quiet home workspace
- A noise-cancelling headset

Compensation
- Base salary plus performance-based bonuses
- Total earning potential: Php 60,000–130,000+/month
- Probationary period (1 month): USD $4/hour base pay
- After probationary period: USD $2.50/hour base pay + incentives of up to $1300
