JOB OVERVIEW

Legend is a fast-growing social trading app where users can trade, compete, share positions, and copy other traders. We are hiring someone to own our influencer and creator growth engine across TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, X, and trading communities.

This is not a passive “coordinate influencers” role. You will be responsible for finding promising creators, getting them excited about Legend, negotiating partnerships, managing content production, and measuring which creators actually drive users and funded traders.

WHAT YOU’LL OWN

• Find and evaluate trading, finance, crypto, gaming, and lifestyle creators across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and X
• Conduct high-volume, personalized creator outreach every day
• Negotiate paid, affiliate, performance-based, and long-term creator partnerships
• Develop briefs, hooks, scripts, and content concepts that feel native to each creator
• Manage the complete creator pipeline: sourcing ? outreach ? negotiation ? onboarding ? posting ? performance analysis
• Ensure creators consistently deliver high-quality content on schedule
• Track views, CPM, clicks, signups, deposits, funded users, CAC, and creator-level ROI
• Identify winning creators and creative formats, then rapidly scale them
• Maintain an organized creator CRM and provide clear weekly reporting
• Study competitor campaigns and emerging short-form content trends
• Build genuine long-term relationships with creators and trading communities

YOU SHOULD APPLY IF

• You have previously managed influencer, affiliate, UGC, or creator campaigns
• You are extremely online and understand TikTok, Reels, Shorts, X, and internet culture
• You can recognize strong content and creators before the numbers make it obvious
• You are comfortable negotiating and following up persistently
• You are highly organized, fast, resourceful, and accountable to measurable results
• You communicate clearly in written and spoken English
• You understand performance marketing—not just views and engagement
• You are interested in trading, crypto, finance, gaming, or adjacent cultures
• You thrive in a fast-moving startup where you are expected to solve problems independently

BONUS POINTS

• Existing relationships with creators or creator agencies
• Experience promoting financial, trading, crypto, gaming, or mobile-app products
• Experience with affiliate programs, attribution links, Airtable, Notion, or creator-management platforms
• Ability to write short-form video hooks and creative briefs
• Familiarity with paid amplification, whitelisting, or Spark Ads

HOW WE MEASURE SUCCESS

• Qualified creators contacted and conversations started
• Creators activated and pieces of content published
• Cost and turnaround time per piece of content
• Views, CPM, clicks, signups, funded users, and attributable deposits
• Number of profitable creators and formats successfully scaled
