House of Isabella is a luxury done-for-you personal styling company. We style high-income clients like fitness coaches, entrepreneurs, and busy professionals who want to look as sharp as they perform. We're growing fast and need a right-hand who can execute at a high aesthetic standard without being told twice.

This is NOT a generic VA role. This is for someone who actually loves fashion, has an eye for it, and wants to build real skills in styling, content creation, and luxury e-commerce sourcing, with real room to grow as we scale.

What you'll actually be doing:

Sourcing outfits and individual pieces from retailer websites based on client style profiles
Building outfit boards/content in Canva (aesthetic, on-brand, Instagram-ready)
Managing client outfit builds inside Nove (our styling platform — training provided)
Organizing tasks and client info in Notion
Creating flyers, mockups, and AI-generated avatar outfit visuals
Researching trends on Pinterest and Instagram for client inspiration
Taking ownership of small projects with minimal check-ins. I need someone who handles the issue before I know it came up.

Hours: 20-40 hrs/week. You'll be working while I sleep (8pm-10am EST) — I need things moving and ready for me by the time I wake up. This is a huge advantage for the right person: real autonomy, real trust, real ownership over your work block.

Pay: $4-5/hr USD depending on experience, paid weekly. Bonuses for clean work that requires zero revisions. Room to grow into higher pay and more responsibility as the company scales. I'm building this long-term and I want to build it with a partner.

You need to have:

A genuine eye for fashion and styling. This is not optional, it's the job
MacBook/Mac laptop (required)
Strong, stable internet
Comfortable with Canva, Notion, Instagram, Pinterest — Nove experience is a plus but not required, will train
Excellent written English
Available during the 8pm-10am EST window
Self-starter energy — I move fast and I need someone who can keep up without hand-holding
