Take Greater Phoenix Cleaning to 300+ inbound organic leads per month. Dominate the Google Map Pack in every ZIP code we serve, go deeper neighborhood by neighborhood for our ideal customer, and make us the business that shows up whether someone types it into Google, says it into Maps, or asks an AI assistant "who's the best cleaner near me." Then hand us the repeatable playbook to do it again in every city we open. You'll be honest that this is a 12–18 month compounding build, not a magic switch — and then you'll go build it.

The best of the best. An SEO nerd in the best possible way — someone who lives, eats, sleeps, and breathes search. The profile:
- 10+ years in SEO, and it's the ONLY thing you do. Not "SEO + web design + ads." Pure SEO obsession.
- Deep expertise across Local SEO, GEO / location-based SEO, AI Search Optimization (AEO/GEO), and Google Business Profile optimization.
- You've ranked local service businesses to the top of the map pack and page one, with proven, measurable growth in rankings, organic traffic, leads, and engagement. Cleaning companies = ideal. Home-service businesses (HVAC, plumbing, pest, landscaping, roofing) = strong. Everyone else with real proof = welcome.
- You're on the bleeding edge of AI search RIGHT NOW — Google AI Overviews, answer engines, LLM/generative search — and you already optimize for AI-generated results, not just the ten blue links.
- You go to SEO masterminds. You have (or had) an SEO mentor. You sharpen constantly — because whoever stopped learning in 2022 is already obsolete.

- Full SEO audits of our website, technical health, and entire local presence.
- Keyword and competitor research — local, long-tail, and neighborhood-level.
- On-page and technical SEO: site structure, content optimization, schema markup, page speed, internal linking.
- Local ranking signals: Google Business Profile optimization, business listings and citation management, NAP consistency, and review velocity strategy.
- GEO / location-based SEO: unique, genuinely valuable service-area and neighborhood landing pages across every ZIP we serve.
- AI Search Optimization / Answer Engine Optimization: optimize our content and entities so we surface in AI Overviews, generative results, and AI assistant answers.

That's up to $2,500+/month total for hitting the target you were hired to hit — and for someone who proves they're truly elite, we'll go higher. We pay for results here, not for logging hours.

We're hiring an expert, so prove you're one. Generic copy-paste proposals get deleted unread. Do all of this:
