JOB OVERVIEW

Hi! We are Pro-Age Talent, the leading influencer marketing agency with a roster of 30+ creators over the age of 40.

Overview: The Campaign Coordinator manages creator communications and campaign execution on behalf from contract execution through invoicing. This role serves as the primary point of contact for creators throughout the campaign lifecycle, ensuring deliverables are completed on time, meet brand requirements, and campaigns run smoothly from start to finish.

This role begins as a part-time position, with the opportunity to grow into a full-time role based on performance and business needs.

Employment Type: Part-time, with growth potential to full-time

Key Responsibilities
* Serve as the primary point of contact for creators after contracts have been signed
* Send campaign briefs, tracking links, and all required campaign materials
* Monitor campaign timelines and proactively follow up with creators to keep deliverables on schedule
* Collect creator drafts and submit them to brands for review
* Communicate brand feedback and coordinate revisions with creators
* Ensure all deliverables meet campaign requirements and are submitted correctly
* Coordinate campaign approvals through final posting
* Track campaign progress and maintain accurate internal records
* Coordinate invoicing upon campaign completion
* Escalate any creator or campaign issues to the Talent Manager when necessary

Requirements
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
* Strong project management and time management skills
* Ability to manage multiple campaigns, creators, and deadlines simultaneously
* Comfortable using Google Workspace, spreadsheets, tracking links, and project management tools
* Proactive, reliable, and responsive
* Ability to problem-solve and communicate professionally with both creators and internal team members
* Previous experience in influencer marketing, creator partnerships, campaign management, or account coordination is a plus
