JOB OVERVIEW

Facebook Ads Launcher / Media Buyer for 2 Fashion Stores - Experienced Only

We run 2 fashion e-commerce stores: 1 in the Netherlands and 1 in the USA. We are looking for an experienced ads launcher who will grow into a full media buyer role.

Your tasks (starting now):
- Launch new Facebook campaigns 5-6 times per week for both stores (campaign structure and creatives are provided)
- We aim to test 3 products per store per day, so around 3 campaigns per store daily. Some days it will be more, some days less.
- All campaigns must be launched or scheduled before 12 AM midnight local time (Netherlands time for the NL store, US time for the US store)
- Fill in our daily profit & loss sheet in Google Sheets, every day:
- NL store: between 12 AM and 1 AM CET
- US store: between 6 AM and 7 AM CET

Your tasks (in the near future, as you prove yourself):
- Monitoring campaigns, scaling winners and killing losers

Hours & payment:
- 1-2 hours per day to start, this will grow quickly
- $5 per hour
- BONUS: if an ad account runs a full week at ROAS 3+, your salary for that week is DOUBLED

Requirements:
- Proven experience with Facebook Ads (launching campaigns, Ads Manager, pixel basics)
- You have your own Facebook profile that we can invite to our Business Manager
- Very fast response time when we message you. This is very important to us.
- Accurate and consistent with daily reporting, no missed days
