ABOUT THE ROLE

We are a fast-scaling health, beauty, and wellness dropshipping company running Meta ads. We need an experienced Image Ad Creator who can turn briefs and competitor swipes into high-converting static image ads for Facebook and Instagram.

This is a long-term, full-time remote role on our creative team. Working hours are flexible, but you must be available to work on weekends when required by the creative schedule.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

- Create static image ads for Facebook and Instagram in the health, beauty, and wellness niche.
- Work from creative briefs and competitor swipes to produce ad variations with different hooks, angles, and offers.
- Design scroll-stopping visuals such as benefit callouts, offer graphics, testimonial images, and compliant before-and-after style creatives.
- Follow our brand style and deliver clean, consistent output at good volume and speed.
- Keep every ad compliant with Meta's health and beauty rules so we avoid rejections.
- Work with the creative strategist and media buying team, and revise quickly based on feedback and rejected ads.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

- Proven experience making static image ads for dropshipping or DTC ecommerce brands. Health and beauty experience is a big plus.
- You can take a brief or a competitor swipe and turn it into an effective image ad.
- Strong understanding of Meta ad compliance for health and beauty (what gets ads rejected, such as aggressive claims, cure or treatment claims, unrealistic timelines, and risky before-and-after content) and how to design around it.
- Proficient in Canva.
- Fast, reliable, detail-oriented, and a clear communicator.
- Available full-time and for long-term cooperation.
- Comfortable working flexible hours, including weekends when needed.

- Health, beauty, or wellness ad experience.
- Advertorial and offer graphic experience.
