JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a Senior AI-Native Full-Stack Developer to join an AI-focused product development project. You will work on an existing AI-powered platform that analyzes marketing creatives, campaign data, competitors, and user research to generate actionable insights and creative briefs.

The ideal candidate is highly experienced in full-stack development, AI-assisted development, AI agents, and modern web technologies. You should be comfortable taking ownership of complex tasks from planning through development, testing, and production verification.

Must Have

-Senior-level experience as an AI-native Full-Stack Developer
-Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience
-Strong experience with TypeScript, React, Next.js, and Node.js
-Strong experience with PostgreSQL/Supabase, APIs, and data pipelines
-Experience with Python for data science, machine learning, and scraping
-Deep hands-on experience with Claude, OpenAI, Gemini, OpenRouter, and multi-agent orchestration
-Strong understanding of AI agents, AI workflows, and model orchestration
-Ability to evaluate AI outputs and select the appropriate models for different tasks
-Ability to manage AI workflow reliability, cost, and speed
-Strong experience with Git/GitHub, CI/CD, automated testing, debugging, and production verification
-Excellent spoken and written English
-Product-minded and strategic, with the ability to understand complex user and marketing requirements
-Highly independent and communicative
-Able to take full ownership of tasks from planning and implementation through testing and completion
-Able to work very quickly and effectively using AI tools and agents
-Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
-Comfortable working with an existing codebase and contributing to an active product
-Full-time availability
-Immediate availability
-Able to maintain regular working-hour overlap with the Israeli time zone

Responsibilities

-Develop and maintain features across the full technology stack
-Build and improve AI-powered product functionality
-Design, implement, and optimize AI workflows and multi-agent systems
-Work with Claude, OpenAI, Gemini, OpenRouter, and other AI tools as appropriate for each task
-Evaluate AI-generated outputs and improve reliability, performance, and efficiency
-Select appropriate AI models based on task requirements, quality, speed, and cost
-Develop and maintain APIs, data pipelines, and integrations
-Work with PostgreSQL/Supabase and structured data
-Use Python for data processing, analysis, machine learning, and scraping tasks
-Break down complex product requirements into clear technical tasks
-Take features from planning and development through testing and production verification
-Write and maintain automated tests
-Debug issues and verify solutions in production environments
-Work with Git/GitHub and CI/CD workflows
-Collaborate directly with the product owner to understand requirements and expected outcomes
-Provide strategic technical input and identify practical ways to improve the product
-Work independently while maintaining clear and consistent communication
-Use AI tools and agents to complete development tasks efficiently and at a high standard
-Continuously improve existing workflows, features, and system performance
