JOB OVERVIEW

We're a U.S. real estate investing team hiring ONE dedicated cold caller to grow with us long-term (not a quick gig). You call homeowners from our lists, ask a few simple qualifying questions, log each call, and pass interested sellers to us. You never negotiate or close - calls stay under about 2 minutes.

PAY: $6-7/hr USD to start, growing to $8-10/hr as you prove yourself over the weeks and months, PLUS a bonus for every verified warm lead, PLUS $150 for every closed deal from your calls, PLUS paid holidays. 25-35 hrs/week to start (US Central daytime), full-time for the right person. We coach the team weekly, so coachability beats raw experience.

YOU NEED: clear, friendly, fluent English, a quiet workspace, a headset, reliable 10+ Mbps internet, and dependability. Spanish is NOT required, but if you're fluent in both English and Spanish, you get priority and possibly higher pay - show it in your voice clip.
