JOB OVERVIEW

You're the person who d ---------- what makes it onto the channel.

Responsibilities:
- Hunt for high-potential clips across Instagram, TikTok, Reddit, YouTube, and Facebook
- Judge them against a clear set of criteria (we'll teach you our exact system)
- Track down the original / raw footage when you find a repost
- Stay organized so the writer and editor always have fresh clips ready
- Upload the finished Shorts

Who we're looking for:
- A genuine eye for what stops the scroll. This is the #1 thing — it can't be faked.
- Fast, consistent, and reliable — this is a daily role.
- Organized. You won't lose or duplicate a clip.
- A clear communicator who works well with a small team on Slack.
- Bonus: experience in the biker/dashcam niche or with short-form content.

Pay & growth
$150 per channel / month once we're running daily uploads.
Monthly performance bonuses on top — from $100 up to $1,000+ depending on how the channel performs. When a channel pops, you feel it.
A real path up. Strong clip finders earn more channels and can grow into leading their own team of clip finders as we expand into new niches. This starts small and is built to scale — with you in it.
