We run outbound calling to US-based customers for our clients. Our numbers are getting tagged "Spam Likely" / "Scam Likely" and connect rates are dying.
We need someone who has actually fixed this before. Not a dialer agent. Not a general VA.
## What you'll do
- Audit our current DIDs, carriers and dialer setup, tell us what's broken
- Register numbers properly: STIR/SHAKEN attestation, CNAM, Branded Caller ID
- Submit and chase remediation with Hiya, First Orion, TNS, Numeracle and the carriers directly
- Set up monitoring so we see a number degrading before it gets flagged
- Fix the behavioural causes: call pacing, short-duration ratio, ANI velocity, answer rate, complaint rate
- Keep us clean on DNC scrubbing and calling-window rules
- Document the whole thing as an SOP our team can run
## You must have
- Real hands-on experience remediating spam-flagged US numbers (tell us about it)
- Direct dealings with a carrier or provider (Twilio, Telnyx, Bandwidth, Vonage, Commio, etc.)
- Working knowledge of STIR/SHAKEN attestation levels and why A vs B matters
- Familiarity with a dialer (V
- Clear written English
## This is not for you if
- Your only answer is "buy new numbers and rotate them"
- You have never spoken to a carrier
- You need us to teach you what CNAM is
## Terms
- Gig / project-based, paid hourly. High rate for the right person.
- Starts with a paid audit of our current setup. If it's good, ongoing retainer.
- Flexible hours, but some overlap with US business hours for carrier calls.
## To apply

2. Which registries or portals have you personally submitted to?
3. Which single metric do you watch first to predict a number going bad?
4. Your hourly rate in USD.
Applications without the code word and all four answers are deleted unread.
