JOB OVERVIEW

Digital Marketing Executor

Remote · Full-Time · Long-Term · Philippines-based · No Night Shift Needed

Who We Are

We're Fresh Tech Maid ( ---------- ), a Chicago residential cleaning company. We clean homes with physics, not chemicals: deionized water, hypochlorous ---------- steam vapor, and HEPA filtration. Our cleaning technicians are W-2 employees — trained, background-checked, and serving families across Chicago, Evanston, and Arlington Heights. Parents with young kids, pet owners, and seniors choose us because a healthy, chemical-free home is the whole point.

Our founder has 20+ years in the service industry, a Wharton MBA, a #1 Amazon bestselling book on service-industry hiring. The marketing strategy, the content calendar, and the brand voice guide are already built. That's where you come in.

Who We Need

We need an experienced digital marketing executor. Not a trainee. Not someone starting from zero.

The strategy exists. The task list exists. The brand voice is documented. We need the person who executes it with discipline and proves it with numbers every week.

We live by the optimize — measure — learn cycle. Every project has a number. Every number gets tracked. Every result shapes what we do next. If that's how you already work, keep reading.

Are You This Person?

(1) Accountable. You own your numbers. You don't blame tools, the market, or the algorithm.
(2) Deadline-driven. You hit dates. When something slips, you flag it early.
(3) Data-first. You check dashboards before you share opinions.
(4) Measurement-minded. You think in baselines, targets, and deltas.
(5) Curious. You ask “what's working?” and “why?” every week.
(6) Honest. You say when something isn't working. No sugarcoating, no spin.

What You'll Do

You'll execute the marketing system that brings Chicago homeowners into our pipeline — leads, booked cleanings, and five-star reviews. Real projects, real numbers, real deadlines:

(1) Content engine (the core) — format and publish the weekly pillar blog (the founder provides outlines and approves every draft), refresh older posts with updated titles and section headers, and keep the content calendar on time in our documented house style.
(2) Social system — turn each pillar into platform-native posts: 3 posts per week each on Facebook, Instagram, Google Business Profile, and YouTube. Our rules are documented and strict: at least 90% of posts carry no external link, and we publish six value posts for every one ask.
(3) LinkedIn newsletter — prepare the weekly skeleton from the latest pillar; the founder writes the final version in his own voice; you format, schedule, and track it.
(4) Link building (relationship-first) — work our researched list of 47 Chicago-area influencers across 14 content categories. Add value first, build the relationship, earn the mention. No paid placements and no cold spam blasts — we've tested that; relationships are what work.
(5) Pillar Blogs for Neighborhood pages — produce two per month in coordination with our webmaster. Quality is capped on purpose: no thin pages, no shortened clones of our pillar content.
(6) Reviews & referrals — keep our after-cleaning follow-up system supplied: the two-touch review campaign, referral credits, and QR review cards. Our client service manager owns review velocity; you own the materials and tracking behind it.
(7) Lead magnets & email — connect our lead magnets to an email platform (Mailchimp, ConvertKit, or similar) and run the nurture campaigns end to end.
(8) Local Services Ads pilot — in later months, help launch and track our Google Local Services Ads test against a strict cost-per-booked-job guardrail.
(9) Reporting — update the KPI workbook weekly: leads by source, geo-grid rankings, reviews across our three locations, GA4, Search Console, social insights, link status, and our rankings inside AI tools. Flag what's moving and what isn't.
(10) Team support (startup flexibility) — we're a small team, so when the week demands it, you help with admin, sales support, client service, and other tasks. Marketing is your core job, but nobody here says “that's not my job.”

Website changes, sales calls, and client delivery are led by the founder and the rest of the team — our webmaster owns the website, our sales team owns the phone, and our client service manager owns the client experience. You coordinate with them and jump in to support when asked — they own those areas; you keep marketing moving.

Every project has a goal. Every goal has a number. Every number gets reviewed.

Your Background

(1) 3+ years of real, hands-on digital marketing experience running content and social media for a business (coursework alone won't cut it). Local or consumer service brands are a plus.
(2) Strong written English — short, clear, persuasive. You'll write in the founder's documented voice, and shortlisted candidates complete a short writing sample.
(3) Hands-on social media management across Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube. Google Business Profile experience is a plus.
(4) Basic video editing for short-form content (Descript or similar) — cutting, captioning, and formatting for vertical video.
(5) Comfort with an email platform (Mailchimp or similar), GA4, and AI writing tools.
(6) A track record of setting goals, measuring results, and hitting targets.
(7) A 4-year Bachelor's degree.
(8) Honesty about what you know and what you still need to learn.

Nice to have: local SEO (Semrush, Google Business Profile), blogger and influencer outreach, Webflow, and home-services marketing.

How We Work (this is the deal)

(1) Daily async check-in (15 lines: what shipped yesterday, what ships today, blockers). We do not use surveillance or screen-monitoring software. We manage by visible output, not watched hours — your work must be visible: posts published, emails sent, pages live, dashboard updated.
(2) Weekly 1-hour Zoom with the founder to review the KPI dashboard.
(3) Schedule: a full-time engagement (about 40 hours/week of focused work) with 4 hours overlapping US Central mornings as a communication window.
(4) No graveyard shift: as only 4-hour overlapping, you do not need to work in graveyard shift.
(5) Dedicated, quiet workspace with reliable internet plus a backup for internet and power. This is a stay-in-place role — not a work-while-traveling role; nomad setups don't deliver the reliability this position needs.
(6) Exclusivity: this is a full-time commitment — you won't take on other clients while engaged with us.
(7) Company tools provided under a company email we set up for you (email platform, AI writing tools, video tools, and the rest).

You never use personal accounts for company work.

Growth Path & Pay

This role has a clear growth ladder. As your measured results grow, your pay grows.

Level 1 (Intermediate) - $8/hour-equivalent
Level 2 (Intermediate plus) - $9/hour-equivalent
Level 3 (Advanced Specialist) - $10/hour-equivalent
Level 4 (Master Marketer) - $11/hour-equivalent
Level 5 (Authority Expert) - $12/hour-equivalent
Level 6 (Growth Partner) - $13/hour-equivalent
Level 7 (Marketing Leader) - $14/hour-equivalent
Level 8 (Marketing Leader) - $15/hour-equivalent

Because this role requires proven experience, qualified hires enter at Level 2–3 (a fixed monthly salary of roughly $1,440–$1,600) based on demonstrated skills. We pay a fixed monthly salary for the role and your availability window — not an hourly timesheet. From there we move people up based on measured results, not tenure. A modest quarterly bonus is tied to campaign outcomes (lead volume, booked cleanings, and review growth); your base never depends on outcomes outside your control.

Benefits

(1) Company-paid AI tools built into everything we do
(2) Honest, ethical managers — direct support from the founder
(3) A documented training/onboarding program (you ramp in weeks, not months)
(4) A clear path to higher pay and more responsibility
(5) 6 paid US National Holidays
(6) 5 paid personal days in Year 1; 10 from Year 2
(7) As only 4-hour overlapping, you do not need to work in graveyard shift.

Our Culture & Values

(1) Direct, honest, empathetic communication
(2) Always learning — optimize, measure, learn
(3) Data-driven, not ego-driven
(4) Team connection — no one left isolated
(5) Integrity, every time

How We Hire

This role matters to us, so we take hiring seriously:

A short survey.
A small paid work sample (a short piece written in our brand voice from an outline we provide).
A video interview with a live screen-share of a content or social campaign you personally ran — show us the numbers.
A Zoom interview with the founder.
A paid 4-week trial at full salary, with real deliverables and clear, written acceptance criteria agreed before you start. We may run this trial with more than one candidate at the same time — if so, we'll tell you openly, and everyone is paid in full. Pass the trial ? permanent, long-term role.

We're looking for one person to grow with for years — not a contractor for a month.

How to Apply?

Include the words “Chemical Free” in the first line of your application. List 3 reasons why you are a good fit.

Please do not call our office. You must apply there. Calling to our office may immediately dis-qualify your application.

If you've read this far and you're the disciplined, detail-driven executor we're describing, we want to hear from you.
