Brand Designer — Beauty Brand
Full-Time | 100% Remote**
$1,100/month + Performance Bonuses


We’re a fast-growing beauty brand looking for a talented Brand Designer to join our fun, international team.

You’ll be responsible for creating high-quality visuals across the brand while also thinking strategically about design, marketing, and conversion.

What You’ll Do

* Design website banners, landing page assets, and promotional graphics
* Create email marketing designs and campaign creatives
* Generate and edit **AI images and creative concepts**
* Create visuals for product launches, promotions, and campaigns
* Think about what designs will improve engagement, conversion, and brand perception
* Collaborate with our marketing and e-commerce team

### We’re Looking For

* Strong graphic/brand design portfolio
* Great eye for beauty, fashion, lifestyle, or e-commerce design
* Experience with Figma and/or Adobe Creative Suite
* Comfortable using **AI image-generation tools**
* Creative, proactive, fast, and organized
* Able to take ownership and bring new ideas
* Fully dedicated to this full-time position

### Compensation

**$1,100 USD/month base salary**
**+ up to $1,000 USD/month in performance bonuses**
