JOB OVERVIEW

High-End Video Editing + Social Media | Long-Term | Part-Time to Start

Bento Real Estate is a Boston-based real estate company looking for a talented, reliable, and highly organized VA to help grow our brand and support our real estate business.
This is a long-term, part-time position with the opportunity to grow in hours and responsibility. We’re looking for someone who takes pride in their work, pays attention to details, brings ideas to the table, and wants to become an important part of our team.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

Video + Content
• Edit polished property, market, educational, and community/lifestyle videos
• Turn raw footage into engaging content with strong hooks, pacing, transitions, captions, B-roll, music, and graphics
• Create thumbnails, covers, and social graphics
• Help us continually improve the quality and performance of our content
Social Media + Digital Marketing
• Create and post content across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube
• Write captions, titles, descriptions, hashtags, and SEO
• Help grow our Instagram audience and engagement
• Develop creative content ideas around real estate, South Boston, local businesses, and community

Email + Website
• Create and send email campaigns
• Post blogs, market updates, and AI-assisted content
• Help optimize website and Google content for local SEO
• Update monthly real estate market statistics
Real Estate Admin
• Input MLS property information
• Create listing flyers, feature sheets, landing pages, and marketing materials
• Organize listing photos, videos, spreadsheets, and marketing assets
• Follow SOPs and checklists and help keep projects on schedule
Training and SOPs will be provided. Accuracy and attention to detail are extremely important.

SKILLS WE’RE LOOKING FOR
• Strong video editing and visual storytelling
• Excellent Canva/graphic design skills
• Strong written English
• Social media marketing experience
• Highly organized, dependable, and detail-oriented
• Comfortable with ChatGPT, Canva, and other AI tools
• Able to follow instructions while also thinking independently and bringing new ideas

Real estate experience is a plus, but video quality, marketing ability, organization, and willingness to learn are more important.
