JOB OVERVIEW

We are a growing e-commerce business looking for a TikTok Shop Manager to own and grow our biggest channel. TikTok is where our brand is building real ---------- ntum, and we need someone who lives and breathes creator marketing to take it to the next level.

This is not a posting-videos role — it's a growth role. You'll run our TikTok Shop end to end: managing the storefront and promotions, recruiting and nurturing a network of affiliates and creators, and getting our products into the right hands through smart sample seeding. If you love building relationships with creators and watching a channel grow because of the systems you built, this is for you.

WHAT YOU'LL BE WORKING ON

• TikTok Shop management — storefront, product listings, promotions, and deal setup
• Affiliate management — recruiting, onboarding, and nurturing creators/affiliates
• Sample seeding — identifying the right creators, coordinating sample sends, and tracking content output
• Promotional management — flash deals, campaigns, and seasonal promotions on TikTok Shop
• Performance tracking — monitoring affiliate output, commissions, and what's actually driving sales

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Required:
• Hands-on experience with TikTok Shop from the seller/brand side
• Affiliate, creator, or influencer management experience
• Comfortable doing outreach and relationship-building at volume (DMs, follow-ups, negotiations)
• Highly organized — you can track dozens of creators and samples without dropping the ball
• Strong written English for creator communication

Strong Plus:
• Experience working with a US-based brand
• A good eye for what performs on TikTok
• Familiarity with TikTok Shop Seller Center and Affiliate Center
• Experience running seeding or gifting campaigns
