• Help manage our business social media accounts
• Create and schedule credit education and promotional content
• Respond to social media inquiries and potential leads

• Track incoming leads and where they came from
• Help us stay consistent with posting and marketing

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
• Previous U.S. credit repair experience
• Confident reading and analyzing 3-bureau credit reports
• Experience with credit repair software and/or CRM systems
• Knowledge of FTC identity-theft reports & CFPB complaints
• Social media management or digital marketing experience
• Strong written English
• Extremely organized and detail-oriented
• Comfortable communicating with leads and clients
• Able to work independently and problem-solve
• Business credit/business funding knowledge is a PLUS
We want someone who takes ownership of their work.
If you notice a client file hasn’t been touched, a lead hasn’t been followed up with, or something in our CRM doesn’t look right, we want you to catch it and take action — not wait for us to notice it first.
There is opportunity to grow with our company and take on more responsibility over time.
TO APPLY:
Please answer these 4 questions:
1. How long have you worked in U.S. credit repair and what did you personally handle?
2. What credit repair software/CRM systems have you used?
3. Briefly describe your experience with FTC identity-theft reports, CFPB complaints and credit disputes.
4. Tell us about any experience you have managing social media, marketing or following up with leads — and include your desired hourly rate & availability.
Please start your application with “CREDIT SPECIALIST.”
Please answer from your actual experience rather than sending a generic application. We are looking for someone dependable who wants a stable, long-term opportunity and can grow with our company..
