JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for an experienced Google Ads Specialist with strong eCommerce experience to manage, optimize, and scale our Google Ads account.

This is not a basic campaign management position.

We are looking for someone who is highly analytical, understands the relationship between traffic, conversion rate, CPC, ROAS, and profitability, and can identify why performance changes from month to month and what needs to be done about it.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

* Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns, including Search, Shopping and Performance Max
* Analyze performance and identify the reasons behind changes in ROAS, conversion rate, CPC, traffic quality and revenue
* Improve campaign structure, bidding strategies, budgets and product segmentation
* Analyze Search Terms and eliminate wasted spend
* Monitor Merchant Center / Shopping performance
* Verify that conversion tracking, GA4 and Google Tag Manager data are accurate
* Identify opportunities to scale profitable campaigns
* Provide clear weekly reporting: What happened, why it happened, and what we should do next

Who We’re Looking For

You should have:

* 3+ years of hands-on Google Ads experience
* Strong experience with eCommerce accounts
* Strong experience with Google Shopping and Performance Max
* Deep understanding of ROAS, CPA, CPC, Conversion Rate and AOV
* Experience with GA4, Google Tag Manager and conversion tracking
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Excellent written English
* Ability to work independently and proactively

Experience managing US eCommerce brands is highly preferred.

Important

We are NOT looking for someone who simply checks campaigns, changes bids and sends reports.

We want someone who can look at an account and answer:

What changed? Why did performance change? What should we test or change? How can we make performance more consistent and profitable?

How to Apply

Please send:

1. A short introduction about your Google Ads experience.
2. How many years you have managed eCommerce Google Ads accounts.
3. The approximate monthly ad budgets you have personally managed.
4. One example of an eCommerce account where performance declined and you successfully improved it. Explain what you discovered and what you changed.
5. Your experience with Shopping and Performance Max.
6. Your expected monthly salary/rate.

Important: Start your application with the words “PROFITABLE GROWTH” so we know you read the entire job post.

Please do not send a generic application. We are specifically interested in your experience diagnosing and improving Google Ads performance.
