Position: XAUUSD Trader / Strategy Trader
Employment type: Full-time
Location: Remote
Compensation: 25% of the profits generated for clients

About the role

Dreamz Wealth is looking for an experienced XAUUSD trader to join our team on a long-term basis.

We are not looking for someone who wants to simply provide signals or post trades in a Telegram group. You will be responsible for actually trading our strategy.

Our clients’ trading accounts will be connected to your trading account through our trading infrastructure. When you place a trade, the same trade is automatically executed on the connected client accounts.

This means your primary responsibility is simple:

Trade XAUUSD consistently, manage risk professionally, and focus on long-term performance.

We are looking for someone who sees this as a 10-year opportunity, not a short-term project.

???? Compensation

You will receive 25% of the profits generated for our clients through your trading.

As an example:

* Average client capital: $600
* Approximately 25 new clients per month
* Total client capital: $15,000
* If the strategy generates a 30% return: $4,500 profit
* Your 25% share: $1,125

As the number of connected clients grows, your potential compensation grows with it.

Important: These figures are examples based on hypothetical trading performance and client capital. Trading returns are not guaranteed, and actual compensation will depend on real client capital and actual trading results.

???? Your Responsibilities

* Trade XAUUSD (Gold) professionally.
* Execute trades according to your proven strategy.
* Maintain disciplined risk management.
* Focus on consistent, sustainable performance.
* Monitor open positions and market conditions.
* Communicate with our team daily regarding performance and market conditions.
* Maintain detailed trading records.
* Follow agreed risk parameters.
* Continuously improve the strategy based on data and performance.

You will NOT be required to:

* Post signals in Telegram.
* Find clients.
* Sell anything.
* Handle customer support.
* Communicate directly with clients.

Your job is to trade.

? Requirements

We are looking for a trader who has:

* 6–12+ months of verifiable trading history.
* A demonstrated ability to generate strong returns consistently.
* Strong understanding of risk management and drawdown control.
* Extensive experience trading XAUUSD.
* A clearly defined and repeatable trading strategy.
* Strong discipline and emotional control.
* Excellent communication skills.
* The ability to communicate with our team on a daily basis.
* A professional and long-term mindset.
* Availability to treat this as a full-time position.

We are particularly interested in traders who can demonstrate 30%+ monthly returns historically, but we will evaluate the complete trading history rather than looking at one exceptional month.
