As we continue to grow, we’re looking for an experienced GoHighLevel Specialist to take ownership of the technical setup, buildout, and ongoing management of our client accounts.
About the Role
We’re looking for someone with at least 2–3 years of strong, hands-on GoHighLevel experience who can confidently manage the technical side of our client accounts from setup through launch.

Responsibilities
GoHighLevel Account Setup & Technical Configuration
Complete setup and configuration of new client GoHighLevel sub-accounts
Set up client account settings, users, custom fields, tags, pipelines, calendars, forms, and other CRM components
Set up and connect subdomains for funnels and landing pages
Set up and configure
Configure and troubleshoot DNS records
Set up phone numbers and messaging functionality
Connect forms, calendars, pipelines, workflows, and other components
Test the complete setup before campaigns go live
Maintain and troubleshoot existing client accounts
Funnels & Landing Pages
Build and design landing pages and funnels directly inside GoHighLevel
Create clean, professional, conversion-focused page designs
Build forms, surveys, calendars, thank-you pages, and other funnel components
Ensure pages are mobile responsive
Connect funnels to the appropriate workflows, pipelines, calendars, and campaigns
Test the complete user journey before launch
Workflows & Automations
Build and manage GoHighLevel workflows and automations
Create
Create SMS/text message drip campaigns
Build lead follow-up sequences
Set up triggers, conditions, tags, pipeline movements, internal notifications, and other workflow actions
Troubleshoot broken or incorrectly functioning automations
Thoroughly test workflows before launch
A2P/10DLC & Compliance
Handle A2P/10DLC registrations and submissions for client accounts
Ensure websites, forms, privacy policies, opt-in language, and messaging processes meet submission requirements
Troubleshoot rejected A2P submissions
Make necessary corrections and resubmit applications
Work toward getting client accounts approved as efficiently as possible
Maintain a strong understanding of SMS consent, opt-in, and opt-out requirements

Minimum 2–3 years of hands-on GoHighLevel experience
Strong experience independently setting up complete GoHighLevel client accounts
Experience managing multiple client sub-accounts
Strong experience building landing pages and funnels
Strong experience building workflows and automations
Experience creating
Hands-on experience with A2P/10DLC registration and approvals
Proven ability to troubleshoot rejected A2P submissions
Strong understanding of
Understanding of SPF, DKIM, DMARC, DNS, domain reputation, and common causes of
Experience setting up domains and subdomains
Understanding of SMS consent, opt-in, and opt-out requirements
Good eye for clean, conversion-focused landing page design
Strong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Excellent attention to detail
Ability to thoroughly test your own work before considering a project complete
Ability to manage multiple client accounts and priorities
Strong written communication
Ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned projects
Reliable computer and high-speed internet connection
Experience working with med spas, medical practices, healthcare businesses, or marketing agencies is a strong plus.
Schedule
This is a part-time remote position of approximately 20 hours per week — 4 hours per day, Monday through Friday.
Monday–Thursday: You must be consistently available and online from 3:00–5:00 PM Eastern Time to collaborate with our team.
The remaining two hours each day can be completed more flexibly on your own schedule.
Friday: Your four working hours are flexible.
Consistent availability during the required Monday–Thursday hours is important.

Compensation
Hourly rate based on experience and demonstrated GoHighLevel expertise.
We are willing to pay based on skill level, particularly for someone who can independently manage GHL projects, troubleshoot technical issues, and take ownership of client account setups from beginning to end.
