JOB OVERVIEW

We’re a fast-growing U.S. vacant land investment company building a predictable, scalable, and data-driven acquisition business.
We're looking for someone who already understands vacant land investing and wants to help us answer one simple question:
What does the data tell us we should do next?
This is not a data-entry position.
You'll work directly with leadership to help d ---------- where we market, what we buy, how much we pay, and how we continually improve our business.
If you enjoy solving business problems with data, we'd love to talk.

What You'll Do
Research and identify high-performing vacant land markets across the U.S.
Analyze pricing trends, days on market, inventory, buyer demand, resale velocity, and other market data.
Recommend where we should market and invest our marketing dollars.
Build and manage property-owner marketing lists for our SMS campaigns.
Coordinate data cleanup, filtering, deduplication, and skip tracing.
Build KPI dashboards that track marketing, acquisitions, profitability, and team performance.
Analyze our acquisition pipeline and identify opportunities to improve conversion rates and shorten hold times.
Present recommendations that help leadership make better business decisions.

Monitor market trends and identify new opportunities before they become obvious.

What We're Looking For
Must have experience in U.S. vacant land investing.
Strong market research and analytical skills.
Advanced Google Sheets or Excel.
Experience building dashboards and KPI reports.
Ability to turn complex data into clear recommendations.
Strong English communication skills.
Highly organized and detail-oriented.
Able to work independently and think strategically.

Experience with some or all of the following:

Zillow

GHL (or similar CRM)
Skip tracing platforms
SMS marketing platforms

Success in This Role
Within your first 90 days, you should be able to answer questions like:
Which county should we market next?
Which markets should we avoid?
Which acreage ranges perform best?
Where should we increase or reduce marketing?
How can we improve our SMS marketing ROI?
How can we shorten our average hold time?
What should leadership do next based on the data?
