JOB OVERVIEW

Full-Time Paid Media Buyer
Meta required | Google, TikTok, and YouTube preferred | Remote

We are looking for a full-time, hands-on Paid Media Buyer to manage and grow advertising campaigns across our owned brands and selected client accounts.

Meta advertising is non-negotiable for this role. Experience with Google, TikTok, and YouTube Ads is strongly preferred. This is an execution-focused ads position—not a social-media management role. Funnel experience is a plus, but our internal team handles funnel development and implementation.

We operate real media brands, funnels, subscription offers, lead-generation campaigns, email and SMS systems, and client growth programs. This role is for someone who can take ownership of campaign performance, make smart decisions quickly, troubleshoot when performance slips, and clearly communicate what they are building and why.

What You’ll Do
Build, launch, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns, with Meta Ads as the core channel.

Manage a balanced mix of campaigns for our own brands and offers, plus campaigns for select clients.

Focus on campaign execution, ad structure, optimization, scaling, and reporting—not organic social-media management.

Run and improve CPL campaigns with a focus on profitable lead acquisition.

Run subscription-focused campaigns with the goal of lowering purchase costs while maintaining quality.

Create and optimize retargeting structures, including website visitors, engagers, leads, purchasers, and other relevant audiences.

Build, test, and improve Meta lookalike audiences.

Test creative angles, audiences, placements, budgets, objectives, and campaign structures.

Monitor performance daily and identify issues before they become expensive.

Troubleshoot campaigns independently and bring forward alternative solutions when results are not where they need to be.

Work with our team on campaign strategy, creative direction, offers, and priorities.

Maintain organized campaign data, reporting, naming conventions, and clear documentation.

Set up and maintain tracking primarily through platform-native tools, including the Meta Pixel, while keeping the tracking stack practical and cost-conscious.

Communicate campaign vision, structure, testing priorities, and results clearly to the team.

What We’re Looking For
Strong, proven Meta Ads experience is required.

Experience with Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and/or YouTube Ads is preferred.

Demonstrable success running lead-generation, CPL, e-commerce, subscription, or direct-response campaigns.

Strong retargeting and lookalike-audience experience.

Comfort working across both owned-brand campaigns and client campaigns.

A problem-solver mentality: when an approach is not working, you can diagnose the issue, form a hypothesis, and test a better option.

Comfort operating independently while staying aligned with team priorities.

Ability to organize and interpret campaign data rather than relying on vague reporting.

Strong spoken and written English communication.

Ability to clearly explain what you are doing, why you are doing it, what you are testing, and how performance is trending.

Funnel experience is welcome but is not required.

Experience with subscription-acquisition campaigns is a meaningful plus.

Experience in media, newsletters, e-commerce, offers, lead generation, or performance marketing is welcome.

Work Structure
Full-time role dedicated to our team.

Remote position.

Must have overlap with Eastern Time from at least 6:00 AM–12:00 PM ET. The remainder of the schedule can be flexible.

Most communication and coordination will be through our internal team rather than directly with clients.

Campaign budgets, client priorities, reporting cadence, and specific performance targets will be established collaboratively based on each campaign.

This role begins directly rather than through a formal trial period. We will evaluate fit, communication, ownership, and performance during the first month.

Compensation & Growth
Compensation will be discussed based on experience and demonstrated results.

For the right person, this role can grow beyond the initial base arrangement. Strong performance, dependable execution, and meaningful campaign results can lead to additional financial opportunities and bonuses.

How to Apply
To apply, email your application, resume, cover letter, relevant campaign examples/results, and/or a short introductory video to ---------- include:

Your resume.

A brief cover letter explaining why you are a fit for this role.

Your expected start date.

Relevant examples of campaigns you have managed successfully.

Performance details you are comfortable sharing, especially around CPL, purchase cost, ROAS, subscription acquisition, lead generation, retargeting, or scaling.

Examples of subscription-driven campaigns, if applicable.

Any other materials you believe demonstrate your paid-media skill set.

Important: Use “Raging Patriot 1776” as the subject line of your application email. Applications that do not use this exact subject line may not be considered.
