JOB OVERVIEW

We are a US local-lead-generation company: we make phones ring for home-service businesses, and owners pay us a monthly recurring fee for the results. (Company details shared at interview.)

HERE IS WHAT MAKES THIS JOB DIFFERENT: you are not hard-selling. We lead with a risk-free offer that business owners genuinely want - you introduce it, deliver the results, and build the relationship:

- Call US small-business owners from lists we prepare (plus smart prospecting of your own)
- Qualify them in a short conversation - script and full training provided
- Present our risk-free intro offer (full script + training at onboarding)
- While clients evaluate us: monitor their results, review calls, check in with owners (our software tracks everything - you do the human part)
- When results speak: run or set the closing call (recorded video), send the agreement, activate their subscription - templates and training provided
- Grow into the Account Manager seat: own the client book; later, help manage the team as we scale

PLUS GENERAL ASSISTANT WORK (the calling is the core, but you are also my right hand):
- Speak with clients on my behalf when needed - calls, follow-ups, scheduling
- Online research (find businesses, verify contact info, prepare call lists)
- Light admin: inbox follow-ups, data entry into our CRM, task tracking, small errands that keep the business moving

If you have done real-estate ISA / appointment-setting work for US clients, this will feel familiar - but warmer, because you give value instead of pushing.

REQUIREMENTS
- Excellent spoken English, clear neutral accent - #1 requirement, non-negotiable
- Experience calling US customers (cold calling, ISA, appointment setting, or outbound CS)
- Fast with software (we use GoHighLevel + ClickUp + call tools - we train, you learn quickly)
- Reliable internet, quiet workspace, good headset, camera-on for interviews and client calls
- Comfortable being recorded and coached from recordings
- Self-managing against clear checklists, with real performance targets
- Full-time, 8 hours/day, US EST hours overlap

PAY - YOU GROW AS WE GROW
$ ---------- /month base (experience-dependent) + a strong percentage commission on every client you close, uncapped - our clients are high-value monthly recurring accounts, and closers who perform out-earn their base. Paid reliably every month via Wise; 13th-month pay honored; weekly pay your first two months. 90-day review with a stated path up.
