Sukachova Media LLC produces TV and behind-the-scenes content for the US market. We're building out a dedicated coordinator role to handle the outreach and booking that makes our shoots and appearances happen. This is a full-time position starting with a one-month paid trial.
You'll be working across two projects and our host's personal brand. The role has two main sides:
1. Booking behind-the-scenes shoots
Our show films places most people never get to see from the inside — the kind of access that's normally closed to the public. Think facilities, operations, and organizations with restricted access (past shoots have included farms, aircraft, and races). Your job is to find these locations, reach out to them, and arrange the shoots.
Research and build lists of interesting locations and organizations to film
Contact them by phone and
Explain the format, build trust, and get permission to film on-site
Handle scheduling, logistics, and any paperwork needed to secure access
Follow up persistently until a shoot is confirmed
2. Growing our host's personal brand (free placements)
Our host is a Ukrainian refugee and Russian-speaking media personality in the US. We want to get her visible — interviews, podcasts, speaking slots, forums, and features — all through free, earned placements, not paid ads.
Find and pitch podcasts, shows, publications, events, and communities (including Ukrainian and Russian-speaking outlets) where she can appear
Reach out to hosts, organizers, and editors to book interviews and speaking spots
Position her story (Ukrainian refugee, host, media figure) to land features and stage time
Everything here is booked on a free/earned basis — no paid placements
What you'll do overall:
Cold outreach by phone and
Pitch, negotiate, and secure both filming access and free appearances
Manage a pipeline of leads and follow-ups in our CRM
Keep the founders updated with confirmed bookings
Requirements:
Strong spoken and written English — you'll be calling and
Confident, persuasive communicator comfortable pitching cold to businesses and media
Persistent and self-driven — you chase down access and don't give up after one "no"
Organized enough to run outreach and follow-ups without being micromanaged
Experience in outreach, booking, PR, sales, or coordination is a strong plus
Comfortable working US time zones
Compensation:
First month is a paid full-time trial: $400 for the month
After a successful trial, pay increases to a normal full-time rate based on performance
We're looking for someone who can prove they get results in the trial and then grow into the role long-term
We provide:
Information about the show, the format, and our host
Scripts and pitch guidance
CRM and tools
Direction on the kinds of locations and placements we want
Before we start, we may ask for a short interview and a sample task (for example, a mock outreach
