JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for an experienced Virtual Assistant with Accounting Experience (especially in real estate industry) to help manage the finances and records of our real estate business. We manage multiple bank accounts and cards and sell properties through seller-financed notes.

Responsibilities:
* Manage and reconcile multiple bank accounts and cards
* Track income, expenses, payments, and transactions
* Organize financial records, statements, receipts, and files
* Maintain accurate bookkeeping records
* Assist with records for real estate transactions and property notes
* Prepare basic financial reports as needed

Requirements:
* Proven accounting/bookkeeping experience
* Experience handling multiple bank accounts and cards
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
* Real estate accounting experience is highly preferred
* Experience with seller financing/notes is a plus
* Comfortable with spreadsheets and accounting software
* Available 40 hours per week
