Remote Sales Manager

Job Type: Full-time

About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team, drive revenue growth, and consistently achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

Lead, coach, and manage the sales team
Set and monitor individual and team sales targets
Develop strategies to increase revenue and client acquisition
Monitor sales performance, KPIs, and conversion rates
Conduct tea ---------- etings, coaching, and performance reviews
Manage sales pipelines and ensure proper lead follow-up
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Prepare sales reports and performance updates
Identify opportunities for process and revenue improvement

Qualifications

5+ years of sales experience, with proven sales leadership/management experience
Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
Experience managing and coaching sales teams
Proficiency with CRM systems and sales tools
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Highly organized, proactive, and results-oriented
Able to work independently in a remote environment
