Summary
Product Video Ad Animator (Remote)
We're building out our paid social creative, and we're looking for animators to own our video output.
The Role
You'll work directly with the Creative Director turning finished concepts into short animated versions using adobe to create animations and visuals for our product. You will use AI as needed for 3d models. You'll receive recieve a mock up of what we are looking for. Your job is to get a clean, on-brand result out of the tool without the usual artifacts, warping, or drift, and to know when to re-roll versus when to fix it in post.
We own all concepting and creative direction. You own execution.
Volume starts at one piece per week and can grow.
What We're Really Looking For
Skill comes first. This is an execution role and the work either holds up or it doesn't. Anyone can get a mediocre result out of these tools — we need someone who consistently gets clean ones, knows the failure modes, ATTENTION TO DETAIL, and can tell the difference between a shot that needs a re-roll and one that can be saved in post.
Second, and nearly as important: how you handle revisions. Feedback here is direct and frequent, and because you're working from a still and a short note, a lot rides on whether you can read a note and understand what we meant, not just what it said. We need someone who takes feedback without friction, turns it around fast, and doesn't treat a revision request as a referendum on their taste.
Third: reliability. Respond on time, flag problems early, deliver when you said you would. Great work that shows up late or goes silent mid-project doesn't help us.

Proven skill in Adobe After Effects, with reel to back it up (most important)

Basic post/cleanup ability for fixing tool artifacts
Consistent deadlines and early flagging of issues
Compensation
