JOB OVERVIEW

The Groups Booking Specialist
will work closely with the Director of Meetings & Events to ensure the smooth operation of the group events team. This includes capturing the correct trip details, reviewing upcoming group trips to ensure readiness, and ensuring that proposals, quotes, and cost estimates are delivered to clients in a timely manner.
Key Responsibilities:
Work closely with the Director of Meetings & Events to ensure the smooth operation of the group events team
Ensure proposals, quotes, and cost estimates are delivered to clients in a timely manner
Capture the correct trip details
Review upcoming group trips to make sure all details are captured correctly
Qualifications:
Experience in coordinating or managing trips
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in Google sheets
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Must be keen to details

Required Shift:
9am-6pm EST Friday through Tuesday. (Wednesday-Thursday off)
Flexibility for occasional added hours as requested
