Full-Time Virtual Assistant — Auto Detailing Business (Backend Only, No Customer Contact)

I run a premium auto detailing business in the US and I'm hiring ONE full-time VA for the long term. I'm not looking to rotate through people — I want someone reliable who I can build with.

Hours: Full-time, ~50 hours/week (40 minimum). Part-time applicants will not be considered.
Pay: $3/hour

What you'll be doing:

Email/inbox management (organizing, flagging, keeping it at zero)
Google Drive organization and general backend admin
Posting content to our social pages
Small tasks to keep the business page and backend clean
Personal assistant tasks as they come up

Bonus (not required): Basic video editing in CapCut. If you can do it, great — tell me. If not, it won't disqualify you.

What you will NOT be doing: Talking to customers. This is a behind-the-scenes role. All customer contact stays with me.
