JOB OVERVIEW

Full-Time | Remote | Exclusive Position
Start Date: ASAP

We are looking for a Website & SEO Specialist who can independently build, improve, manage, and optimize our company and product websites.

This is not an entry-level or associate role. You should already be experienced with WordPress and Elementor Pro and comfortable taking ownership of both website management and SEO, from planning and execution to monitoring and continuous improvement.

You will work directly with the Head of Growth, aligning website and SEO priorities with product launches, business goals, and overall Growth strategy.

What You’ll Do
* Build new websites and landing pages using WordPress + Elementor Pro
* Fix, maintain, and improve existing websites
* Manage page layouts, content, forms, navigation, plugins, and website updates
* Ensure websites are responsive, user-friendly, fast, and conversion-focused
* Plan and execute technical, on-page, and content SEO
* Conduct keyword, competitor, and search intent research
* Monitor SEO performance using Google Search Console, GA4, and other SEO tools
* Manage indexing, sitemaps, redirects, canonicals, schema, internal linking, and other technical SEO requirements
* Plan and manage SEO requirements for new websites and domain migrations
* Work with the Head of Growth to prioritize website improvements, SEO opportunities, launches, and campaigns
* Monitor results and continuously improve website and search performance
* Provide clear reports and recommendations on what is happening, why it is happening, and what should be done next

What We’re Looking For
* 3+ years of professional website and SEO experience
* Strong hands-on experience with WordPress and Elementor Pro
* Proven experience building complete websites from scratch
* Experience fixing and maintaining existing WordPress websites
* Strong understanding of technical and on-page SEO
* Hands-on experience with Google Search Console and GA4
* Working knowledge of HTML and CSS
* Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
* Able to independently investigate problems, develop solutions, and execute them
* Comfortable taking ownership while working closely with the Head of Growth
* Good written and spoken English

Working Hours
* Monday to Friday
* 8:00 AM–5:00 PM Andorra time
* 1-hour lunch break
* Full-time remote position

This is an exclusive full-time position. You must work exclusively for our company and cannot hold another full-time, part-time, freelance, or client-based role while employed with us.

Salary & Benefits
* PHP 35,000–40,000/month, depending on experience and demonstrated skills
* 15 paid leaves per year
* Paid Philippine public holidays
* Holiday break during the last two weeks of the year
