About the Role
We are seeking a highly experienced Paid Ads Manager with a minimum of 5 years' hands-on experience managing paid media campaigns. This is not a role for someone who simply executes tasks—we're looking for someone who thinks strategically, takes initiative, and proactively identifies opportunities to improve performance.
You'll work closely with our marketing team to develop, manage, optimise, and scale campaigns that drive customer acquisition, retention, and revenue across our network.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute paid advertising strategies across Meta, Google, TikTok and other relevant platforms such as Uber Eats.
Plan, launch, monitor and optimise campaigns to maximise return on ad spend (ROAS).
Manage campaign budgets efficiently and make data-driven decisions to improve performance.
Conduct A/B testing across creatives, audiences, bidding strategies and landing pages.
Analyse campaign performance and provide regular reporting with actionable recommendations.
Collaborate with the creative team to ensure advertising assets are aligned with campaign objectives.
Stay up to date with platform updates, industry trends and emerging opportunities.
Monitor competitor activity and identify opportunities to strengthen our brands market position.
Support new store launches, promotional campaigns, seasonal offers and brand initiatives through effective paid media planning.
Continuously identify new growth opportunities rather than waiting for direction.
What We're Looking For
Essential
Minimum 5 years of proven experience managing paid advertising campaigns.
Strong knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads and analytics platforms.
Demonstrated experience scaling campaigns while maintaining strong ROAS.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and reporting abilities.
Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
The Right Attitude
Success in this role goes beyond technical ability. We're looking for someone who:
Is proactive and takes ownership of their work.
Doesn't wait to be told what to do—identifies opportunities and brings ideas to the table.
Has a positive, solution-focused attitude.
Thrives in a fast-paced environment and can adapt quickly as priorities change.
Is flexible with working hours when required to support key campaigns, promotions, product launches or urgent business needs.
Works collaboratively with the wider marketing and operations teams.
Is accountable, reliable and committed to delivering results.
Is willing to take on responsibilities that contribute to the business's success, even outside of core day-to-day duties when reasonably required.
Experience in the hospitality, QSR, retail or franchise industry.
Experience managing multi-location advertising campaigns and third-party platforms.
Familiarity with CRM platforms, customer lifecycle marketing and attribution modelling.
Experience working alongside creative teams to produce high-performing advertising content.
What We Offer
Opportunity to work with one of Australia's fastest-growing food brands.
High level of ownership and autonomy.
A collaborative and ambitious team environment.
Opportunity to make a measurable impact on business growth.
Competitive salary based on experience.
Career progression as the business continues to expand.
Hours of work will be Sydney based and are from 10am - 6pm, 5 days per week.
If you're someone who enjoys taking initiative, thrives on improving performance, and wants to be part of a business that moves quickly and values great ideas, we'd love to hear from you.
