JOB OVERVIEW

I’m looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to post and distribute social media content every day.

This is a long-term, part-time position requiring consistent availability seven days per week. You will generally work for approximately 1–2 hours per day, although the first few days may take longer while you learn the system.

All videos, captions, hooks, and posting instructions will be provided. You will not create content from scratch. Your job is to prepare each video as instructed, post it correctly, confirm that it went live, and update our tracking sheet.

IMPORTANT: HOW THE REMOTE PHONE SYSTEM WORKS

This is not a normal social media scheduling position.

You will not post from your own phone or personal social media accounts. Instead, you will control a real iPhone remotely through a private dashboard on your computer.

The iPhone physically stays with our team. When you click, swipe, type, download a video, open an app, or publish a post through the dashboard, those actions happen on the real iPhone in real time.

It is similar to TeamViewer, AnyDesk, Chrome Remote Desktop, or screen mirroring, except you can directly control the phone.

You do not need to be a programmer. However, you must:

• Understand how to navigate an iPhone
• Be comfortable learning new software
• Follow somewhat technical instructions
• Be patient when the remote phone takes a ---------- nt to respond
• Handle small app or navigation issues without needing every click explained
• Communicate immediately if something is not working

Experience with remote-desktop software, screen mirroring, remote phones, or device-control tools is helpful but not required.

DAILY WORKFLOW

Every day, you will normally be responsible for:

• Posting 1 main video across multiple social media platforms
• Posting approximately 3 Instagram Trial Reels
• Warming up Instagram and TikTok before and after posting
• Confirming that every post went live
• Updating the Google Sheets tracker

The main video will normally be posted to:

• Instagram
• TikTok
• YouTube Shorts
• Snapchat
• Threads
• Facebook when instructed

Your normal workflow will include:

1. Access the remote iPhone through the provided dashboard.
2. Open the Posting Queue in Google Sheets.
3. Download the assigned video from Google Drive.
4. Import the video into the Edits app.
5. Generate and format the subtitles.
6. Confirm that the text hook, subtitles, and video layout look correct.
7. Export or save the video using the required settings.
8. Complete the Instagram warm-up process.
9. Post the main video to Instagram.
10. Complete the Instagram warm-up process again.
11. Complete the TikTok warm-up process.
12. Post the main video to TikTok.
13. Complete the TikTok warm-up process again.
14. Post the video to the remaining required platforms.
15. Confirm that every post was published successfully.
16. Copy the Instagram post link into the tracker.
17. Mark the main video as posted.
18. Post approximately 3 Trial Reels to Instagram.
19. Confirm that each Trial Reel was published correctly.
20. Mark the correct Trial Reels as posted in the tracker.

You will be given a separate warm-up tool and instructions. Warming up means naturally interacting with content on Instagram and TikTok before and after posting. This is a required part of the job and cannot be skipped.

WHAT YOU WILL NOT DO

You will not be responsible for:

• Filming videos
• Developing video ideas
• Writing scripts
• Writing captions from scratch
• Performing advanced video editing
• Using your personal social media accounts
• Posting from your own phone

Everything needed for each post will already be prepared.

REQUIREMENTS

You must:

• Be available consistently seven days per week
• Have your own computer
• Have stable internet access every day
• Be comfortable controlling an iPhone remotely
• Understand how to navigate iPhone applications
• Have experience posting on social media
• Follow instructions exactly
• Pay attention to captions, covers, text placement, and posting settings
• Double-check your work before publishing
• Keep track of which videos have already been posted
• Communicate immediately when something is wrong
• Be patient with minor remote-connection delays
• Solve simple app and navigation problems independently
• Complete all required warm-up steps
• Be dependable without needing to be reminded every day

Approximately 50 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload is recommended, although a stable connection matters more than extremely fast internet.

PAY

Starting pay is $100 USD per month.

This rate covers the daily workflow described above, seven days per week.

There will be a small paid test before the final hiring decision. The test will confirm that you can control the remote iPhone, follow the guide, prepare and post content correctly, verify your work, and update the tracker.

There may be opportunities for increased pay or additional responsibilities based on reliability, performance, and the growth of the position.
