I am looking for an experienced, detail-oriented Medical or Allied Health VA to join our growing administration team. In this role, you will directly support our clinical practice. I need a reliable self-starter who can hit the ground running. You must be comfortable managing bookings, handling patient phone calls, and maintaining spotless clinical data.

Required Skills & Experience:
* Hands-on, verifiable experience managing bookings, patient records, and day-to-day practice admin.
* At least a year of experience working within an Australian allied health or medical practice.
* Confident, warm, and reassuring phone manner with flawless written and verbal English.
* Proven experience preparing patient letters, referral correspondence, and clinical documents.
* Comfortable collaborating within our established team alongside other VAs and onshore staff.
* Highly organized, discreet with confidential health data, and proactive at chasing outstanding items.
* Familiarity with Australian billing systems (Medicare, DVA, and private health funds) inside Halaxy.
* Experience coordinating care referrals between GPs, specialists, and allied health providers.
* Solid background managing patient recall and reminder systems.
* Familiarity with secondary platforms like Best Practice, Medical Director, or Cliniko.
