JOB OVERVIEW

Company Overview. BKG is a Dutch home-renovation group. We reach potential customers partly through outbound cold messages across the wider BKG group. We need a cold outreach specialist to run first contact at volume, using AI-assisted Dutch messages with a native check.

Job Description. You run outbound cold DMs and messages to potential leads, personalize from templates, handle first replies, and qualify interest before handing to the sales team. Messages are in Dutch (AI-assisted + native check), so you don’t need Dutch — but you must work cleanly and never send sloppy text. You keep the CRM (Bitrix24) clean so the AI learning loop can improve the messaging.

Major Functions.
• Send personalized cold DMs/messages at volume from approved templates.
• Handle first replies; qualify interest; hand qualified leads to sales.
• Keep outreach organized in the CRM (Bitrix24); tag outcomes (won/lost + reason).
• Work within the AI + native-check process so Dutch stays clean.

Required Skills.
• 1+ year outbound outreach / appointment setting / lead gen.
• Organized, high-volume, reliable; good judgment on replies.
• Comfortable with a CRM and with provided Dutch + native check.
• Good written English.
• Nice-to-have: DM outreach at scale, home/services niche, Bitrix24.
Availability. ~20 hrs/week.

Expectations. You run volume without going robotic or spammy, you qualify honestly, and you keep the CRM clean so the learning loop works.

Working Conditions / Salary. $319/month. Part-time now, with room to grow (more cold seats added as leads flow).
Bonuses. Paid Time Off after 1.5 months · salary reviews every 2–3 months · professional-development budget · second monitor after 6 months · new laptop after 2 years.

How to Apply. Start your message with the word “REACH” so we know you read the full post. Then, briefly:
1. Describe cold outreach you ran: channel, volume, and a result (replies / meetings / leads).
2. In 2–3 sentences: how do you personalize at volume so messages don’t feel copy-pasted?
3. A lead replies “not interested right now.” What do you send back (one short reply), and what do you log in the CRM?
We read every application that starts with the codeword and answers the questions specifically. Generic or copy-paste replies aren’t considered.
