JOB OVERVIEW

Company Overview. BKG generates home-renovation leads across multiple Dutch brands, including Sanitairstudio (bathrooms) and the wider BKG group. We need a paid-social specialist who builds and optimizes Meta campaigns that produce qualified leads.

Job Description. You plan, launch and optimize Meta lead and retargeting campaigns; structure accounts; read the data and improve cost-per-qualified-lead. You don’t make creatives — our content team does — you brief and test them. You’ll run campaigns mainly for the wider BKG group and our bathroom brand (Sanitairstudio).

Major Functions.
• Plan, launch and optimize Meta lead + retargeting campaigns.
• Structure accounts and audiences; improve cost-per-qualified-lead.
• Brief and test creatives produced by the content team (you don’t make them).
• Read pixel/CAPI + GA4/GTM data and act on it.

Required Skills.
• 3+ years Meta ads with real lead-gen results and budgets you managed.
• Strong testing and measurement mindset.
• Can read metrics and act on them.
• Good written English.
• Nice-to-have: SEA/Google Ads (added later), home/services niche, server-side tracking.

Availability. ~10 hrs/week, flexible, with some overlap with European mornings.

Expectations. You don’t burn budget: you structure clean tests, steer on the right events and metrics, and brief creatives sharply even though you don’t produce them. You report what’s working and why.

Working Conditions / Salary. $199/month. Part-time now, with room to grow (SEA added later).
Bonuses. Paid Time Off after 1.5 months · salary reviews every 2–3 months · professional-development budget · second monitor after 6 months · new laptop after 2 years.

How to Apply. Start your message with the word “ROAS” so we know you read the full post. Then, briefly:
1. Describe a lead-gen account you ran: the budget, the result, and what you optimized.
2. You will not make creatives — our content team does. In 2–3 sentences: how do you brief and test creatives you don’t produce yourself?
3. On a small starting budget, what’s the first thing you’d structure and test in the first 2 weeks?
4. (Optional) A link or screenshot of results (anonymized is fine). Only what exists — don’t build anything for this.
We read every application that starts with the codeword and answers the questions specifically. Generic or copy-paste replies aren’t considered.
