JOB OVERVIEW

We are a growing international E-Commerce company looking for a reliable Chat and Community Support Specialist to join our customer service team. In this role you will communicate directly with our English speaking customers through chat, answer their questions, build genuine relationships, and make sure every customer feels valued and taken care of. This is a fully remote position with a fixed shift schedule, working as part of an international team that values quality and long term collaboration over quick turnover.

1) Direct communication with English speaking customers through our chat system
2) Building real, long term customer relationships
3) Answering questions about products and orders
4) Documenting customer interactions in our CRM
5) Working closely with your team lead on continuous improvement
