JOB OVERVIEW

I am looking for a YouTube Shorts Animator/Editor to create engaging real life stories in Roblox

At the beginning the we will be posting every other day
We are looking for someone who understands how pacing, hooks, and the small details of a clip shape viewer attention and retention.

For reference, the style we're going for is these channels — study a few of their recent Shorts before applying:

What you'll be working on:
- Turning finished 30–45 second voiceover scripts (script + VO audio provided by us and image for the end) into Roblox style animated Shorts
- Animating characters, scenes, and reactions that match the story beats — this is not clip editing or stock footage work - you build the visuals
- Adding big word-by-word center captions, a sound effect on every action beat, and music that fits the ---------- nt
- Maintaining a consistent style and format across the channel (9:16, 1080x1920, 60FPS)

Requirements:
- You MUST have proven experience creating Shorts in a style similar to the reference channels (Roblox/blocky 3D animation storytelling). If your past work doesn't clearly match this, you will be ignored, so please only apply if your examples genuinely reflect what we're after.
- Confident with your animation pipeline (Roblox Studio + Moon Animator, or Blender)
- Strong sense of short-form pacing, timing, and what keeps people watching
- Comfortable with a steady volume and consistent turnaround
- Ability to meet deadlines
- Willingness to complete a small paid test task

Work details:
- Payment monthly, daily, or per video (whichever works best for you)
- Bonuses available after an initial period
- Clear communication and simple workflows - you receive script, VO and image for the end, you deliver a finished MP4
