JOB OVERVIEW

1LeftSock is a boutique creative marketing agency based in Australia. We help established business owners become impossible to ignore through strategic content, branding and social media. We're looking for a sharp, resilient, full-time outbound caller to run our cold-calling and appointment-setting for Australian business decision-makers.

This is a high-volume, numbers-first role. You won't be expected to "close" anyone on the phone, your job is to make a large number of calls every day, deliver a short, clear pitch, and flag the small percentage of people who want to learn more. We track everything, we pay fairly for results, and we want someone who can do this for the long term, not a 3-week burnout hire.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
- 80 outbound dials per day to Australian business owners/decision-makers from lists we provide
- Delivering a short, consistent script and adapting naturally to how the conversation goes
- Logging every call (outcome, notes) in our CRM/spreadsheet in real time
- Booking qualified prospects directly into our calendar for a discovery call
- Reporting daily/weekly numbers - dials, connects, conversations, bookings

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU
- Excellent, clear spoken English an Australian business owner finds effortless to understand on the phone - no reading noticeably from a script
- At least 1-2 years of outbound cold-calling, telemarketing, or appointment-setting experience, ideally for Australian clients
- Thick skin - you'll hear "no" a hundred times a week, we need someone who stays upbeat and consistent through that
- Reliable fibre internet, a quiet workspace, and a good headset (or willingness to get one)
- Comfortable working approx. 7:00am-3:00pm Philippine time (9:00am-5:00pm AEST) - a normal daytime shift, no graveyard hours
- Basic comfort with a CRM or spreadsheet-based call log - we'll train you on ours

PAY & STRUCTURE
All amounts below are in Australian Dollars (AUD), paid directly to your Philippine bank account via Wise.

- Independent contractor role - you work directly with the founder, not a call floor
- AUD $650/month fixed base pay
- Plus AUD $50 for every qualified conversation you book AND that shows up - "qualified" means the prospect asked to learn more, not just answered the phone. Uncapped - no limit on how many you can earn per month
- At our target of 5+ qualified conversations/month, that's AUD $900/month total
- Paid fortnightly
- Reviewed after 90 days

For reference: that's approximately PHP 27,900 base + PHP 2,150 per qualified conversation at today's exchange rate (the exact peso amount will vary slightly with each transfer, since it's converted from AUD).
