JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a highly skilled short-form video editor to join our remote team full-time.

You must:

deeply understand Instagram/TikTok short-form content
have strong instincts for hooks, pacing and retention
be fast, reliable and detail-oriented
understand captions, sound design and attention flow
be able to follow brand styles and creative direction closely

We work with large creator brands and focus heavily on performance-driven editing, emotional retention and high-quality output.

Requirements:

experience editing short-form content professionally
strong understanding of viral pacing and storytelling
fluent English communication
reliable internet/computer setup
able to work remotely and hit deadlines consistently
