PPC Manager Location: Remote | Type: Full-time | Reports to: Owner

About Us
We're a family-owned craft kit brand primarily selling on Amazon US (FBA) across 76 SKUs in categories like cross stitch, embroidery, latch hook, fuse beads, and licensed kits. We run a lean, highly automated operation — Claude AI handles a large portion of daily intelligence, PPC analysis, and reporting. You'll be working with these tools, not around them.

Role Overview
We're looking for a sharp, AI-fluent PPC Manager to own the full execution layer of our business — PPC, promotions, and product launches. This is a high-ownership role for someone who thinks in systems, moves fast, and knows how to use AI tools to punch above their weight.

Responsibilities
PPC & Advertising - Manage Amazon Sponsored Products campaigns across 17+ portfolios (US + Canada) - Manage Walmart Advertising campaigns - Review AI-generated bid recommendations, search term harvests, and negative keyword suggestions — approve, adjust, and execute - Monitor daily PPC health dashboards; investigate anomalies and act on signals - Maintain healthy TACoS targets per portfolio stage (launch, growth, harvest)

Requirements
Must-Have - 3+ years in Amazon e-commerce — PPC management - Comfortable working with AI-generated analysis — you use AI tools daily, you know when to trust the output and when to push back, and you make faster decisions because of it (not despite it) - Strong analytical skills — comfortable reading dashboards, spotting trends, making data-driven calls - Detail-oriented with a bias for action — you close loops without being chased - Excellent written English

Strong Plus - Walmart Seller Center / Walmart Advertising experience - Experience with product launches on Amazon (honeymoon period, Vine, rank tracking) - Familiarity with tools like Helium 10, DataDive, or similar keyword/rank platforms - Shopify experience - Experience in a lean, remote-first team
