JOB OVERVIEW

Part-Time 3D Deck Designer

We’re looking for a 3D Designer who thrives in SketchUp, Lumion, and D5 Render to join our growing startup on a part-time basis.

We design high-quality deck and outdoor living concepts for deck builders and outdoor living contractors, helping them present their projects to homeowners and stand out from the competition.

We’re looking for someone who is:

Highly skilled and comfortable working in SketchUp
Experienced with Lumion and/or D5 Render
Strong with architectural visualization and realistic materials/lighting
Able to take a rough concept or sketch and turn it into a polished 3D design
Detail-oriented and able to follow project instructions
Reliable with deadlines and communication
Interested in growing with a young, fast-moving company
What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll primarily be creating 3D deck designs and realistic renders from photos, measurements, sketches, and client requirements.

Projects will include:

Residential deck designs
Outdoor living spaces
Deck additions and renovations
Material and colour variations
High-quality before/after presentations

This is a part-time position with the potential to grow as our company and project volume increase.
