JOB OVERVIEW

We are launching Workplace Fluency, a new digital resource designed for remote professionals who work with U.S. clients and employers.

The resource focuses on something that isn't usually taught in traditional VA training: understanding American workplace communication and the unwritten expectations behind it.

For example:

• What does your manager really mean when they say, "When you get a chance"?
• When should you ask a question versus figure something out independently?
• How much communication is too much or too little?
• How do American managers interpret initiative, tone, feedback, and follow-up?

We are looking for experienced remote professionals who have worked with U.S. clients and are interested in one of two opportunities:

OPTION 1: $10 PAID VIDEO REVIEW

We will give you free access to preview the resource.

If you genuinely like the resource and find the concept valuable, we would like a short, natural video sharing your thoughts about it and why you think it could be helpful to other remote professionals working with U.S. clients.

We are not looking for a polished advertisement. We want authentic, conversational feedback that sounds like you.

Payment is $10 USD for approved video footage.

Your footage may be edited into shorter clips and used on our website, social media, and other marketing.

OPTION 2: 30?FILIATE COMMISSION

If you have a network, social media audience, VA community, or another way to reach remote professionals, you can apply to become a Workplace Fluency affiliate.

You will receive a unique affiliate link and earn 30% on every sale generated through your link.

The product will launch at an introductory price of $19, earning you $5.70 per sale. The planned regular price is $29, earning you $8.70 per sale.

There is no upfront payment for the affiliate option. The more sales you generate, the more you earn.
